ok
we've got to
it seems the present policy is pretty good
maybe we should decrease the numbers allowed in.
so many coming over in a sense -- many end up in the lower eschelons of society -- the poor we will always have with us.
but what we need to do is start finding ways to help eliminate more poor in the rest of the world
then there wouldn't be so much impetus for immigration

We truly must do something but what that is I don't know. Some places are
worse than others. We have a town near us that had a population of 6,000 residents just five or so years ago. In one year 11,000 immigrants from Mexico came there.

just a simple opinion
dont you think that these illegal immigrants are the true partners of the american people with regards to economy? let's put it this way, these illegal immigrants toil the lands, and do all dirty/ messy jobs with
little pay, yet, they dont complain, as long as they"re allowed to stay.
Why not run after those terrorist who sow terror to the american people? Just asking buddy....

Kinda...
...ridiculous.
The USA is made up ONLY of immigrants (except the Native American population, and even they're immigrants if you go back far enough).
What's changed now? "We're here, it's nice, and now we're pulling up the drawbridge behind us"? It may also be worth looking at certain economic sectors - particularly agriculture. See the massive percentage of workers who are immigrants - legal and non-legal - and ask yourself how those sectors will survive when they can't find enough "true Americans" to take on those shitty jobs for shitty wages.
Have a good week!

Tough question, Kingmi, in the D.C. political climate. Hastert might be able to get something going.
