wicker man
Have heard of straw men, but wicker's a new thing to me. Probably because I've spent the last umpteen years in a small town in the bible belt, where all the good juices I picked up in Seattle have summarily dried up. The film you describe sounds like my kind of scary movie -- hate the bloodbaths. Your blog makes me homesick for the places you describe. Hope your days with plenty of time and enough money come along soon. :)pat
