Hahaha. I think we can all find something in Dilbert that applies to our jobs, but I don’t think we all have something so extreme =P. What a boss, eh? My reflexes would have engaged the second he pushed my head down and he would have received an elbow in the groin. And I would have been in trouble =P. Ah well, C’est la vie.

Reminds me of the Dilbert cartoon that actually happened to me. The boss guy says, "I'm using humor at work to ease tension and improve our creativity." He walks up behind an employee and slams his head down into the desk WHUMP! Then he walks away saying, "That loosened him up."
My boss did this to me by accident. He came up behind me and slammed my head down against the desk, practically giving me a black eye. He was so sorry, but laughing... he said he thought I'd resist. How could I resist something I didn't know was going to happen? It's funny now, but wasn't at the time! He's a bit of a psycho! lol
