Thank you.  Both for the kind words and for the risks you took as well.  I know that your job was incredibly dangerous and you had alot less to defend yourself with, thank you for making their job a little bit easier and welcome home.

Now that was

a beautiful poem.  Don't under-estimate your tallent because you definitely have it.

I recently got back from a 13 month stint as a contractor in Afghanistan; and I can't tell you how proud I am of our military men and women.

Thank you so much!  Nope we sure don't want to do it this way...hopefully 10 years down the road when those same men are making us crazy and getting under foot we remember to appreciate that they are here to be in the way.

Hello Military_Wife,
This is a nice poem.  I am glad you re-posted it,  because I missed it before.  It almost seemed like my daughter wrote this,  for it expresses just how she feels right now with her husband in Iraq.  My son-in-law is now able to e-mail me and I correspond with him through writing, and it is wonderful.  I just pray the positive reinforcement I give him and the pictures I send him of his wife and girls,  makes him feel better.  For as you wrote in your lovely poem, they can make it without each other, but they sure don't want to.  I love them both so much and this separation is so hard on them,  as I know it is on you and your husband.  God Bless Both of you.
