An eye opener being new again to it all
The thoughts going through your mind make me think, worry and wonder. Being a man comming upon a lady, I now wonder what thoughts she thinks as she sees me. I didn't realize so many thoughts could possibly be going through a woman's mind sizing me up into so many categories. How could one possibly be right. As I again start anew walking the road alone looking for female companionship, I can't believe I am considered a predetor shark lurking the waters for just a sexual prey. Thank God I seem to fall into the category of gentleman, but at this point in my life how long can I wait and wait for what I can't tell. I must be way too romantic for the times or just not in time for romance. Is it all gone? If I am romantic, gentlemanly and God I said it shy, do I have to wait longer than I have left just to die. Tell me romance can be spontanious and love, laughter and tenderness at first sight isn't an impossible dream. My uncle, now past away once said, some people just aren't made for this world. He might have been right. Tell me it isn't so.

I agree with everything, but
that line about first night sex. Women do love men who wait and act shy, but first night sex can be amazing. Sometimes its just inevitable, the chemistry between both of you is too hot. Or you know its then or never. I'm not syaing first night sex usually leads to life altering relationships, but it can in many occasions lead to more than "A few repetitive, uninteresting bumps and grinds, some fake moans, 60 seconds of routine, bland, DNA swapping." It can be hours of intense pleasure and lots of fun. Take it from me, if you haven't actually experienced it yourself.

My beautiful girlfriend (we have now been together for 9 years) made me wait..... And wait and wait. She was a good girl like that (a bit younger then you see). But she said to enjoy "the wait". Its the anticipation and build up. Weeks and weeks of foreplay, not sexual foreplay necessarily but dinner and walks and kisses and talks. That is actually a very beautiful time. The connection thats then made when you eventually make love is amazing. Good post, but surely there are more of the gentlemen you describe than the wamkers who still live with their mams and read porn mags in their bedrooms at 30.
