Gee thanks! I was trying to think of a topic to write on and a little bird whispered into my ear a most wonderful idea =P.
I just checked my email and it looks like I did get your response. I’ll try sending one this morning, let’s hope it doesn’t get lost at sea!

Absolutely. When I took a criminal investigation course at Westvalley one semester, our instructor made that pretty clear. He said that if, in the course of a high-speed pursuit, a police officer his and killed a pedestrian, the suspect who was fleeing would be charged with vehicular manslaughter. Sounds right to me.

Anyone who dies during the comission of a felony is considered a homicide..
with the felon being the perpatrator of said homicide. It doesn't matter if a cop shoots the person, if they have a heart attack, whatever. If you engage in gunplay with the cops, whatever happens and whoever it happens to, is on the head you the perp. I don't always like cops, but they are necessary...and this was not their fault.

I agree
That baby didn't die because the cops weren't trying to do their jobs . It's because the criminals put her in harm's way....
