little ms, sometimes it does help just to get them out there...
...and realize I don't feel them alone...other times in writing I help myself see new ways of thinking, but there are certain themes that run through that I haven't solved yet, but I think that in itself is true of all of us.

temple, I think everyone feels disconnected in the way that you describe once in a while. You have a gift in exploring and sharing your emotions through your words - painful as they may be. I hope you find a sense of relief when you write them down for others to see and share.

symphony, you're cute....I think I know what you mean..
You mean writing in metaphors, I think.....I do that in life, I speak in metaphor to decribe my feelings a lot or describe things....my brain sort of thinks in pictures. So, it shows up in my writing. Thanks for always being so supportive, you must be such a treasure to your friends. I'm okay, just sad. But, you know how it is.
