the environment
How right you are!
These people seem tolive in sone sort of dream worls, totally insulated from reality, and boy! Are they intolerant. No dissent is permitted from current orthodoxy, is it? Here in Spain, the Spanish Inquisition held ruthless sway over men's minds for 352 years, and although it was finally abolished in 1834, it seems that it's still alive and kicking in the world's " democracies". I'm sure, that if these environmental fascists had their way, they burn people like you and me - who dare to question the fallacious rubbish that they put out - at the stake. Without the mercy of prior strangling. Our smoke would surely add to global warming.
Talking of which, what's the problem? In thirty, fifty, whatever years, there ain't gonna be any fossil fuels left, so no global warming. Still someone's got prevent all the " experts" having to put on a suit and get a proper job, haven't they.
Keep up the good work!

Zen
I like your post, and your fortitude in pointing out how hypocritical many "liberals"/"progessives" are.
I'll never forget walking through a grassy area on my college campus a day after a major Earthday event. There were literally hundreds, if not thousands, of cigarette butts stamped into the ground. Nice.
Keep up the fight

zenresistance,
It is funny how common sense, practicality and logic seemed to get the cold shoulder in that group. I had the same experience living in Eugene, Or, "progressive" capital of the US. Everyone bemoans the evils of capitalism, progress, and mass production, but no one seems willing to give it up.

you shouldn't get sitebanned for asking good questions and making people think about things.
