Wordwizard, you know, thankfulness and gratitude are major components

Happiness has many components...

For myself, I try to surround myself with the things and people that make me happy, but I've noticed something: Without gratitude for all of this, it's not possible to be happy.

in a minute -- that scientists studying brain composition and function have isolated specific parts of the brain that when stimulated emit secretions which sublimate emotions. For example, one dusting for sadness, another mixture for happiness, and yet a third combination for fear.  Scary huh?

On another note...I think I sometimes have to force happiness...force

I personally enjoy a cocktail of Effexor and Klonopin.  Without it am I happy - unfortunately, not...unhappy and self destructive.  On it am I happy?  Only moment to moment.

I used to take Xanax (for years) Life without mood enhancers is good. I rarely am depressed or sad about anything, most of the time, I am high on life! Most times, too high, is there a pill for that??
