Have the same problem ...
only my insurance company took my premiums for a year, stalled my doctor, and then declared bankruptcy. I got 17 cents in the settlement, and now my kid's pediatrician won't see us.

Why not...
just go along and make that next appointment in person. Then watch them try and refuse in front of a busy waiting room...

Need some Lemon - aid, Hollee? What a crap time you are having. About the credit cards. I got two replacement cards last week - one of them in my late wife's name, and she died 10 years ago. The mind boggles as to who might still be using her name and cards. Hope life gets better soon.

Hollee,
Sorry your weeks blows, or sucks, or what ever it's doing. $17 seems like a pittance to a doctor, shame that they can't treat you like a human instead of a cheque book. :-(
