Straightforward
Did your little sister actually drop them by accident...or because she wanted one right then? I'm sorry you slipped and hurt your knee! I do love a good avocado! I often eat one just standing at my kitchen sink...and I love to stick toothpicks in the seed and place it in a jar of water to get a plant started. I've had one grow up and over the window and back down again!!

It might mean that the avocados cannot be kept any longer. Once dropped, they are hurt and may start to decay.
