Evidently, crystal meth use is a big problem in your area. This guy has to be huffing if he thinks someone will pay so much for so little under those circumstances.

Ariala - I KNOW!!!! This house in in great shape--the one Jake owns I mean-

and has three beautiful acres--and it appraises for $135K!! Sumpin' ain't right with the owner of that other one.

Hollee, in Kansas City, Missouri you can find homes for that price in

decent neighborhoods!
