That's why grass fed beef is so much better for us. It doesn't have all the grain and other contaminants. But it definitely costs more!!! They eat grass instead of grain, which is the original food God gave to these critters!

After reading this I wonder if there is such a thing as human grade beef or
chicken. I think it is the growth hormones in the feed that is causing such weight gain. Good to find your posts.

Hey Taps,
I've gone to drinking organic milk as well. Would that make a difference on what you've read??? It's $2.59-$2.99 or so for a half gallon, but worth the price.
