Unidentified Hacker,

It is good to ground ourselves in facts, because the news has an interest in keeping ratings up, so they put out more "fear factor" crap about the usual rapes, murders, molestations, etc.  It would be boring to say, "Well, nothing much bad happened today, so we're taking the day off from reporting carnage."

Interesting stuff...
Unfortunately, it doesn't make me feel any more safe than I did before!

U_Hacker
Very impressive! I'm not sure if it makes me feel any better though...humm That dip in the rate in the 60's could probably be attributed to all the pot smoking going on. hee,hee... ;) nice to hear from you again. :)

Psycho

Nice to meet someone new! Hehe, no I don't study law. In fact, I'm a 20 year old high school dropout who attended a community college for 2 semesters and netted about a 2.0 GPA. I just read stuff for fun and what not.

I agree, I can't stand when people pull shit out of their asses and call it fact without even justifying it. You know what the biggest sham is? Global warming. Give me an hour of your time and I'll have you doubting all the radical ass hats and their warnings of dangerous abrubt climate change. Bah

Interesting

Do you study crime, or did this just come out of nowhere?  I like how you presented the information.  I wish people who pull bullshit cards, i.e, race, gender, financial background, etc. would take note of the stats instead of trying to justify why they do what they do.
