Curry leaves comes from India......You can buy from an Indian store. If you can't get it, use Bay leaves....the smell is good,

This sounds yummy!  The only curry I have is the yellow powdered stuff ... I've never heard of curry leaves.  What do they look like?  If I can't find them, can I substitute the powdered, or should I use something else?
