Hi, I'm Nickie (a new one here) and I really enjoy your writing. I'm not slim either, but luckily not really fat. I've been losing weight the last couple of years, due to my sister's gallbladder operation. She decided to cut the fat in the food, so now we stew our vegetables and grill our meat/fish/chcken. And we don't eat minced meat, meatballs etc anymore.
