you are right
the depictions of Heaven in Revelation are after heaven and earth have converged. The earth is renewed and the City of God that is described is on the earth. but I disagree on the Beautific Vision part. I dont think those angels get bored. God is eternal and His depths are infinate, I believe those creatures are constantly seeing something in God they have never seen before as they circle the THrone, and every time they see a new thing, they shout for joy. thats just what I think
