Moondawg - actually we need more people, but ones that work!

Tapsel - I was wondering if everyone would know what squash was or not.

offbeat - my sentiments exactly!

Sounds to me like maybe
they could do with a few less people, since most don't want to take responsibility for their job. Maybe you should suggest this to the higher ups.

Gee, Ca88andra, I thought squash was something you cook and eat.       I hate being in the middle of on-going problems or indecisions.

CA88
I guess you could say your feeling like "A Red Rubber Ball"~~Dang surely someone can make a darn decision at that place..GEEZ!

cass... I have that happen at work all the time!
It seems like no one wants to just take the time to help.

Factor, I have thought of that and when I can I will. Sometimes I will just have to bounce though.

Well, I don't suppose it would work in your arena
of employment, but my approach was to start making the decisions myself. It was less of a hassle and turns out everyone was happy with that anyway.

mystic - you're right, but I haven't worked out the reason yet. Even the times I've tried to take responsibility for some of my mistakes its been brushed over and a whole "no blame" speech trotted out. grrrrr

Just another day at work
I feel ya Cass

Welcome to the world of corporate ineeficency and the CYA philosophy of management. I suspect no one wants to take any responsibility for these situations.

Keep a smile on. It will pass.

Oh Ca88,
I hate that. I used to get that all the time - until I discovered that my manager was absent minded. So then I made all the decisions and if he asked me about it I would "remind" him of our discussion.

Cass
I used to get frustrated all the time when I worked for a company instead of myself. A friend used to say to me, ;    "Johnny, it's all pensionable time." lol Have a happy day luv

Sounds awfully annoying Cass!
Such a run-around and I'm sure it's not a good use of time..must frustrate the hell out of you.
