Cass, well, Karma is obviously not finished cause

I still tend to call her on the phone when she's in the potty! Still! In fact, I just did it tonight! hehe

zentropa - it obviously works positively for some! Or maybe you didn't want to leave the computer then...

ksurah - and when I give my computer to them for a bit to shut them up, they don't want it anymore! They only want it when I have it. Go figure.

Merry - that's a great visual. I can see it in cartoon form now!

muser, ah yes! The bathroom and, may I add, the shower does have the same effect. I guess mothers who are dripping wet and naked find it difficult to say 'no'...

Cass, it never fails...
My stepdaughter and my dogs are the same way. However, I'm cursed because my mom said that when I was a kid, every single time she went to go pee, there I was with a whole story to tell her. Couldn't wait til she was done!

I used to not be able to get my fiancée to do many things with me. She was always busy doing something for our theatre company, or her knitter's guild, or her Girl Guides. So I came up with activities to do on my own, which involved my computer. And then she became jealous of my computer and wanted to do more things with me!

ROFL Ca88andra! I know EXACTLY what you mean!
My son wants cheat codes for his PS2 games.  My daughter wants to play barbie.com.  My son just wants to look over my shoulder to see what I'm reading or writing.  My daughter is now beginning to do the same.  It's like opening the door (er....window) to an outside world and they just want to know what's out there too.

Ca88...
i have that problem - I'm a much better one handed typist now that I am fending off the tiny terrorists with the other!

Ca88andra...ONCE AGAIN I AM STARTING MY DAY WITH A CHUCKLE! I JUST LOVE ...
YOUR WRITING. I AM REMINISCING ABOUT THE ONCE UPON A TIME I HAD TWO LITTLE BOYS WHO WOULD SUDDENLY APPEAR FROM NOWHERE AS SOON AS I ANSWERED THE PHONE, AND...DON'T FORGET - THE BATHROOM HAD THAT SAME KIND OF FORCEFIELD!!

kingmi - yes, it helps to like the topics, but I just enjoy researching for its own sake.

Lol ginnie! Yes, all different topics. As for my list making, my only excuse is that I don't eat icecream, so how am I to know its nearly finished? The same goes for most of the other things I "forgot". I guess I will just have to remain a fallen idol.

CA88i, I really enjoyed the little bit of research I did for my John Steinbeck blogs.  I guess I have to like the subject matter.  Thanks for the nice comments.

CA I know the feeling. I wake up up in the morning ready to get busy with
the 'Warhorse' (PC) The windows menu comes up and ..."Grandaddy, I'm hungry." I feed them. I log back on to the PC then the dog brings his leash over and sits watching me making these wierd grunting noises. I let him out the door. I return to the pc and begin again. The children by this time are finished with the meal., so I tend to them. I finally realized that children and dogs come equipped with sonar. That has to be it. How else would they know LOL

Ca88andra,
LOL, blogging seems to magnetically attract my boyfriend's attention.  He's happily watching WWII history on Discovery and the instant I start blogging, he's suddenly chatty.  Oh, well...
