why are you whining?
The Democrats have independent power to determine what they deem "extraordinary circumstances" and attempt a filibuster. Republicans, in turn, have independent power to determine if they deem an inappropriate use of "extraordinary circumstances" and use their 'nuclear option.'
What more do you want? Democrats on their knees giving Republicans a blow job that you can blow out your ass?
