Thanks - most interesting. And, as you'll see below, my trusty Oxford Dictionary of Slang backs up and expands on many of your statements.
"Bang" is also used in the U.S. as a verb describing sexual activity, as in: "I'd like to bang her" or "Who's he been banging lately?"
*bang (1931) Applied to an act of (casual or hasty) sexual intercourse: from the verb screw have sex with *PL Cave: Five or six Angel birds sat around over cold cups of coffee waiting for a fast ride or a quick screw (1971)
"The Bee's Knees" was a popular slang term in the U.S. in the 20's.
*the bee's knees (1923) Orig US, dated: a bee's knee was formerly the type of anything small or insignificant, though this sense appears to be a separate development. *Dennis Potter: As you'd all know, we get a lot of blokes from round here nowadays as do reach Universities. And they think they be the bee's knees.
"Cherrio": I must say I was surprised to hear this is still said in England. It's such a part of our cliched view of England that I was sure you would say, "No one says that anymore!"
*cheerio (1919) British: use of the farewell cheerio as a substitute for the standard English toast cheers *PG Woodehouse: Much as the wounded soldier would have felt if Sir Philip Sidney, instead of offering him the cup of water, had placed it to his own lips and drained it with a careless 'Cheerio.'(1921).
Note: It's still used by some to say goodbye, although cheers - said for the same reason - is also used.
"Dishy" was said the U.S. in the past, although I can't remember the decade.
*dishy (1961) From dish attractive person + -y *John Gardner: 'Mm, is that him' said the girl, all velvet. 'He's dishy.'(1964).
"Do": There used to be people in the U.S. who said "Do you do [fill in the product]" in the way you described, but they quit after "do" because a verb describing sexual activity, as in "Didya do her?" and "I'd like to do him" and "I did her last night." Although this hasn't stopped people from "doing" lunch.
*do (c1650) Used transitively, and also in the phrase 'do it' (have sex). *Victor Canning: Some servicemen ... did your mother in Cyprus ... and then ... made an honest woman of her (1967).

I'll be ready to visit in no time at all!!
I promise not to wear my chaps when I see you chaps.
I will leave my whacky to backy at home.
I will know not to bang any one of the beautiful women nor will I diddle them or pay for them to diddle themselves while I watch.
