I'm a bit confused.
If you are referring to the New Testament verse, the quote is "Faith, hope, and charity," not chastity. "Charity" is kindness, compassion, and generosity.
As far as sex goes, I haven't had sex since 1999, and I suffer no ill effects. Do I sometimes miss the closeness and the intimacy? Of course, but sex without commitment isn't going to fix that problem. People can, and do, live without illicit relations. It's a matter of self-control and personal honour.
