I have always felt that
anyone that has HIV/aids is committing attempted murder when they go ahead and have sex. Many people with this deadly disease do not tell anyone that they have it and continue with their sexual behavior. I feel that they should be held accountable and charged for this senseless act. It is different however if a person is aware that who they are sleeping with has HIV/aids. If they choose to play Russian roulette with their lives that that is their deal. You have hit on many issues here and this is a great eye opener.
