for the comments, ppl. And yes, for the record, last time I checked, I'm actually female :P Although sometimes I wonder, and so do some friends ;P Hmm maybe I should check for undescended testes....

Straightforward, how would u reframe it? I'd be keen to know :) It's time to whip out the whole gender identity thing again!

Perhpa the point is to reframe the discourse on gender equality rather

than withdraw?

Perhaps if you put on a nice full skirt whilst drilling that unattended necessity, you might be seen as helplessly charming instead.  After all ... we can't help others' emotional responses to what they see. 

And I thought you were a man, by the way.
