What happens to all people who do not accept Christ as Savior...

The truth is any person who has not accepted Jesus Christ as Savior during his/her lifetime dies.  The wages of sin is death.  The bible says that not one is good...everyone has turned each to his own way. All of our good works are as filthy rags.  We must accept His forgiveness for sin as a gift.  We cannot earn it.  Jesus gave us that gift at the cross.  If we refuse His gift of salvation and forgiveness of sins, we go to hell....because  we have rejected the Savior...the only way to the Father God.

As for the other question....We are all descendants of Adam.  People who have given themselves to other religions have been taught these false things ...having had them handed down from their ancestors.  We all, at some point in our life have had the chance to choose what we would believe.  Don't forget, God knows all this.  He knows who will and will not accept His perfect gift of Salvation.  These people have accepted another way, and would not have accepted Jesus Christ.

See...there is the issue of Sin in our lives.  That is what the God, the Bible, and Jesus are all about.  Sin is part of our nature as human beings.  We were born into sin.  Just look at a little child.  At about age 2 or 3, they start misbehaving, etc.  Who taught them that?  Nobody,  it is part of human nature...like a glass with a flaw in it.  It can't be made perfect until the glass is refired and made again.  We cannot become sinless by ourselves, and have no way of being at peace with God, our Father, until we cross that bridge of Salvation made by Jesus Christ on the cross.

No, not really.  See, when becoming born again, truly born again..repenting and turning from your sins, you become a changed person.  This cannot happen without Christ's help.  He gives the power to change. We cannot change on our own.  There is a new man born inside upon rebirth, and the old nature dies.  As you progress in the Christian life, your life is transformed more and more into becoming Christ-like..i.e. having his mindset and handling things as he wants us to.  It's quite a grand experience, and once having that experience, there is no doubt in your heart, soul, or mind that it has happened.  You want to honor Christ and are eternally grateful for his sacrifice on the cross, and the opportunity to have eternal life, which you could not obtain on your own, without His death, burial and resurrection.

i've known people like that

those who have repented and such

only thing the people I've described

many of these aren't

so what you are saying is that someone can be a real rat and yet be "repentant" and saved and all that and be a saint.

you know there are popes who have been named saints who have been anything but.

my point is you don't have to ascribe to a religious regimen in order to be a saint.

many people whom I've described as being saints reject religion outright.

of course that means no matter how good a life you've lived, you're going to Hell.

and you can live a relatively bad life and go to Heaven.

that's the logic that seems to be presented here.

What is a saint?

A saint is a sinner who has repented to God, turned from his sin and become born again..(who has become a believer in Jesus Christ.)
