Okay.....let's break this down and see what we can come up with for an answer.
PSUEDO......false
HYPO........decrease or below
PARA........beside or beyond
THYROID...........a gland
ISM............situation/process/or condition
It would help to know why they took an x-ray and to know more symptoms
As of now, we have psuedo used twice....a false false reading?
A FALSE DECREASE BESIDE OR BEYOND A HORMONE SECRETING GLANDULAR CONDITION.
Without knowing more, this would be my best uneducated guess.

ok - hypoparathryoidism has something to do with bone growth I think,
so pseudo must be related and pseudo pseudo must mean that maybe there is at least some symptoms of hypoparathyroidism.
Or you made the word up?
