Well, if it makes you feel any better, it wasn't all too easy =P. There were a couple of times where I wanted to grab the phone off the customer service rep's desk and send flying through the air =P

That it was, that it was. That kind of thing ticks me off too, but I always try and stay as calm as possible when discussing it with the offender. Not always an easy thing to do, let me tell you =P

Grrr. You did everything right and you still have to go through the stress and lose time at work. Did they offer to compensate you for the time you had to take off work? I think not.
