A suggestion for your skin.........wash your legs (sounds like that is the problem area) with purified water. No joke, hard water can cause skin conditions like eczema and such.......use a couple of bottles of Aquafina or any other purified water....make sure it says purified. Try it and let me know what happens.

I hope you find the answer to your skin problem. That has to be very painful for you. Perhaps you will need a prescription cream like Elocom(Mometasone Furoate) or a corticosteroid ant-inflammatory cream. Just a suggestion, I have had some skin issues as well. Good luck luv
