As to your post, the Swiss have a pretty good idea, if something of a lost cause. This global warming trend is only going to get worse, considering that the world's worst polluting nation (the U.S.) isn't even bothering to try to help...

Great idea, but until the rest of the world -- China, India and the new industrial powers -- figure out that clean power is the only way to go, it's not going work. Talk about an exercize in futility.
