Thanks! I was told that I wasn't supposed to eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while taking my medication(s), but I didn't know the precise mechanism involved.

Its hard not to sound like a "smart-ass" when I comment on Dr. G's work, but I do have a suggestion (coupled with the fact that I would hate to give up licorice) and that is to change your medical system to homeopathy for in most instances, at any rate, you would not have to
rely on the list of drugs that co-exist
dangerously with licorice!
