Quirky - yes, we have the same advertising blitz but somehow teenage boys are just programmed to forget these things!

Uh...not sure if they have the same advertising blitz in Australia that they do here in the U.S.--even if they don't, how could anyone forget?? lol.

Sounds like a pretty nice way to spend Mother's Day!! Glad you had fun and a nice late breakfast too! This is the first Mother's Day I am not seeing one or all of my kids...I'll have to settle for their beautiful cards and phone calls!

What a lovely Mother's Day !! You describe it beautifully & happily !!

 I love hearing details of a Mother's Day on the other side of the world. It's 6:30 a.m. here in the northern midwest, USA; and Mother's Day is only beginning.
