You know what? Most probably wonder why I post such horrid things but no one in my life knows a thing about what I reveal here...on blogit...where I let out steam. Writing helps but it's beyond that now...I admit I need help. Thank you deeply!

Sighhhhh ....
I read your words and feel the pain .... Writing helps I hope? It helps me ... I have written some serious and melancholy prose to purge my urge .... My downs are quite difficult ....
