Chavs
I think the most concerning thing about chavs is their tendency to breed at an accelerated rate to the rest of us!! All the 'affordable housing' has to be aimed at someone and I reckon this demographic could be it! If 'dad' is present (or identified) he is at home with a play-station addiction, whilst mum is contemplating those GCSE re-sits. Fine role models for the new additions to the chav band of society...these new additions (multiplying at a faster rate than the rest of us) are the future of Britain!!

Your definition of these people
sound a lot like the teenagers running around our community, minus the track suits. White trash in the states refers to people who live off of the welfare system as a way of life and are happy living that way. I'm not talking about the one's who need it, I'm referring to the one's who don't.
