Technically speaking I reckon that it is quite easy to fool the BN system and make it believe that different people are clicking on your blogs: all the secret remains in the IP address that should be different every time you click on a blog.
Have you ever bought hits to your page? Well there are people that can direct hits to your page if you pay them. If you know what a pop is you understand that you page when it appears in a pop up windows will record a hit on your counter as if somebody had really viewed it.
