I agree with MayB

We here in the USA have it good - we get to choose whether we watch those Gilligan's Island reruns, pick our noses, or write for pay. Not everyone is that fortunate, however, particularly in countries where freedom of speech is restricted or banned entirely.

I agree with you in terms of your typical Blogit blogger and their choices. On the other hand, and I am NOT suggesting Blogit is like this or even heading that way, there are hundreds of writers around the world who are imprisoned, or who must take cover simply for reporting on events. Some have even murdered
