Oh, you mean facts like the Senate democrats violating Senate rules by not even allowing juducial nominees to be heard in committee, let alone recieving the full vote of the Senate required by law.

Stick to the FACTS ...
Like their liberal supporters, senators Biden, Reid and company would have us believe that every last one of President Bush's judicial nominees is the scum of the earth, that each one is a bigoted, incompetent dolt who absolutley must not be allowed a fair hearing and an open vote by the full Senate.
Of the 200 judicial nominations served up by President Bush, the Senate has failed to vote up or down only 10. These are the worst of the worst, the scum of the earth. But because they're anti-abortion, the Christian right is calling in markers since they were the difference in Bush's re-election.
