As much as I loathe Tom Delay ...
my contempt for Republican politicians runs even deeper. All the Republicans deserting him now were cheering his every move three months ago when he engineered a redistricting coup in Texas that cememted the Republican's control of the House.
Now that he's in trouble, he's become a "liability" to his party.
