Great, first the voices in my head...
now words that aren't even words!  gah!   I'm still learning, or relearning like we talked about, how to be in social situations.  It really depends on how I'm doing that day and what the situation is.  Admitedly, I isolated myself a lot after....but it would have been harder to do in my 20s.  People can think on one day I'm angry or stuck up or shy....and on another that I'm totally out of my noodle.  At a certain point you realize, that you can never win with other people's impressions.  You sound like fun at a party....silly is always welcome in my world (real and imaginary). :)

Ack, you'd hate me then =P I go and find the people hiding and talk to them and eventually get them to come out from hiding

Yeah, most of the people there thought it was funny. The others just don't have a sense of humor =P

At least you don't let all those people scare you...I would hide in the corner all night.

Howdy stranger! Glad to see roofpig and I aren't alone in our craziness =P

Hacker, LOL, because I'm so shy, I do stuff like this sometimes too...it's

my way of dealing with social anxiety.  Sometimes I'll start a conversation in a quiet crowd or say something really crazy (like one of my headlines here) hahahaha, it breaks the tension and people laugh.  I'm not that serious in person either, but then again, sometimes I am. Depends on the mood.

Thanks for sharing that!

uni

I swear you and roofpig could be brothers...lol...

I'm like rachelanna...people tend to think I'm stuck up...

But if it's people I know, I'm very warm and very silly.

My niece and I skipped through the grocery store yesterday, until we almost knocked a couple down...lol

I don't think you ever really grow up...your feet get bigger, and you do things you wouldn't do as a kid, but you're still you, ya know?

Great post Hacker...First time I've ever actually read you, but I plan to more often now that you've introduced yourself to me.  You're a great guy in my book...And I wanted you to know that has absolutely nothing to do with your illness.

I think it's wonderful to have this kind of outlook on life...In my opinion, it's just no damn fun!!!!  Just keep on being your wonderful self...God bless.

It's pretty much what I would have expected to hear about you.  That's why I started coming around and bugging you recently - I discovered you're pretty much like myself and the people I hang out with.  Hurray for silliness!

Yeah, I'm not either, that's why I get all silly. Maybe that's part of the reason that girlfriend broke up with me? =P

My writings here are much more serious than I am in "real life." I always have something witty (or stupid, depending on my wife's mood) to say. Normally I'm reserved in social situations where I don't know anyone, but as the years go by, I've noticed I've become more outgoing. If this continues, I'm going to turn into that old man who says whatever outrageuos thought pops in his head.

lol
I'm the opposite.  I'm very animated when I'm comfortable, but not at all when I don't know people.  So, it's assumed I'm "stuck up" a lot of the time, but I'm not.  I'm just not real good at social situations...  :)
