Very interesting question... Ive had alot of moments in my life where ive never felt so alive... but the one that came to mind as I read this I must share...

It was in December and I was with my best friend and cousin and we were driving in the rain with a special song playing about wanting to be yourself and taking all your troubles away and starting anew... and the windows were down and the cold air was freeazing our  faces ...and I looked over at my best friend sitting next to me while I was driving and she smiled at me and I understood at that moment we were thinking the same thing....  never have i felt so happy and loved and at peace with myself... i realized that at this moment we broke one of the chains that were holding us back and chaining us with past horrors...   that night changed something in each of us...

i rambled alot!

I came by to say forgive me for generalizing...

In yesterday's blog where I (and Whammie) said that all men were deceptive liars and couldn't be trusted as far as you could throw them. You've shown me the light, but it may still be a very loooonnnnngggg time before I give my heart to another one of your species.

Beasts need little to show appreciation. Humans want a lot to feel loved. Since when did a human feel happy over a special shaped biscuit? Yet canines are supposedly Man's best friends.

Wow, Gypsy!
And look how far you have come!  When was the last time said, "I am proud of you!"?  Sorry I was not there to say it when you needed to hear it most!

For me, it's the cumulative effect. There have been many moments, many instances that come to mind, but not one in particular that defines my humanity. Odd. I believe it is a reflection of our "superior" intellect and the subsequent emotional complexities. If other species were on our level, they too would do as we do. if we didn't kill each other first.

Alf... I believe we spoke about this one before... so I'll refrain
from answering my usual answer. I will say when I passed the test placed on me at the age of 15 to become legally emancipated and I walked into my apartment knowing I'd never be subjected to either of my parent's whims ever again... it was that moment I knew I was going to survive.

I see you're still on your quest to know more about the human condition.

Interesting topic. I've always been that type of person who lives for the euphoria we attain from experiencing life's ultimate and grandest moments. I drink it in like an elixir. I imagine you're the same way.

Actually, I have something interesting and controversial philosophies on this subject but don't share them much for obvious reasons.
