Language, painter, language!

A surefire measure of unanswerable truth is the opposition being reduced to raving profanities and, as in the case of some other readers, personal attacks. Strike one.

As far as the courts not hearing cases is concerned, you seem to have forgotten that the federal courts refused to hear the Schindler family appeals. They did this in defiance of Congress. So much for your rationale that they only refuse to hear cases because they are intimidated by the other branch(es) of government. Strike two.

As for your comparison to Hitler and Stalin, how about the liberal Democrats trying to stack the courts with those who will rubber-stamp their agendas for them, refusing to even consider anyone who might be the slightest bit opposed to them? Strike three, yer out!

aqctually your fucking republicans
are trying to bully courts to basically give in to their own stupid conservative viewpoints.

what can happen is that courts will start refusing to consider certain cases -- be scared.

what is happening is that republican conservatives are attempting to undermine a third basic pillar of government

let's see -- who did this before?

was it Hitler? was it Stalin?

I do agree on Jeffords
but going to Iraq as I can see had nothing to do with oil or terrorism I personally feel Bush had Iraq in his mind before he was elected and the bad info on WMD just pushed him.

you always hit the nail on the head
well done again. Someone needs to tell Silly Billy that the Pope's "mixed legacy" does not involve a cigar, a dress and bodily fluids.
