Oh, there are too many I am afraid...
I am not good at willpower...
first comes money...organic stuff to do it right is still more expensive and harder to find...If you use more gas to locate food, doesn't the air pollution negate some of the beneficial aspects of organic food??
and there's always ice cream, chocolates, jelly beans, bagels,....
I would much rather go organic but it is too much work for me (preferably I'd grow as much as I could too, but that's not possible either- too much wildlife)
