It is scary as hell to think that chance harsh remarks, violent written phrases, the carrying of otherwise innocuous items, and the carrying of deadly weapons in schools all come under terrorist threats. You have the Patriot Act and other reactionary legislative effluvia to thank for that. Hopefully, they'll get it all cleared up in the next decade or so.

Way overboard...
and not only in school. Used to be in this country I didn't feel the need to glance around before making certain kinds of jokes and wiseass remarks...
