Extremely doubtful, DarrkeThoughts.
The Bush administration is constantly putting a good spin on the events occurring in Iraq, so it doesn't shock me when the commander of U.S. forces and the interim interior minister (there only by way of the invasion and U.S. military support) start talking about early withdrawal. I don't beleive it. Too many security forces casualties, not enough of them graduating.
But who knows? It could happen. But don't bet on it.

It would be a great accomplishment. I hate Bush, but if the troops are out before the next election I'd be tempted to give him a 3rd term...well, we can't do that, thank goodness, but it will look good in the history books if he can finish what he started.
