Terri Schiavo doesn't want anything.
there is nothing in that fleshly body.
it is her parents who clamor for basically the Administration to overturn Judicial System decisions, thus setting a drastically dangerous precedent.
If the Administration (think Pres. Bush) were to successfully do so, then the court system would be fundamentally dismantled.
the third leg of our government would be reduced to weakness.
this could set a precedent for the administrative branch accruing further power.
there have been instances of this in the past. They have led to dictatorships.
