I just wonder...
I wonder how many stories there are like that which were never told; kept silent till both parties died with the secret still inside them.

You are certainly right. However, my love for my dad includes the fact that I want him to be happy no matter what.
Besides, I knew he had not been faithful to my birth mother. She was just aboslutely horrible to him (and to me, in fact). I had expected that he'd leave her for years and years, but he wanted to wait until I was away at college before he left. He didn't want me to have to go through the trauma and the fighting that would most certainly happen when he told her he was leaving.
With Diva, all I wish is that he'd told me. From what I know about her now, I wish I could have met her before Daddy was killed. I'm sure we would have gotten along with each other so very well. She is truly a wonderful woman!

Me too. I am so glad I know her. I only wish Daddy had introduced me to her earlier. Then maybe I could have met her in person and been that much more touched by her presence.

its such a wonderful thing that you have found eachother
your Dad bought his both adorable women together and made you bond and share the grief.....
I am so sorry it took something like this to get to know one another...but God works in mysterious ways...
