Wow, passed unanimously?! That's surprising. I would expect a majority, but there are quite a few senators of the if-it's-not-a-fully-functioning-rational-person-then-it's-not-a-life-worth-living school of thought.
I am guessing that several senators abstained, even if none voted against it.
