Oh editorium... don't tell me that
because I will go out there and have to find more things I can pickle. We have set up some of the peach pickles and I can't wait to taste those. One of my "kids" (adult children who call me mama) suggested pickled orange and lemon rinds but she is 4 months pregnant, so I am discounting that idea

Pickled Okra ROCKS!
I love pickled okra. And green tomato pickle, and watermelon pickle....oh, man, with the exception of pigs' feet, anything you can pickle is a good thing by me.
