maj, yes,
I love the clothing of other cultures. Our jeans and Nikes and wordy t-shirts are a bore. I like the idea of jingle jangling in large groups. Didn't realize that the photo site was so secure.
Naw, I'm leaving the photos a mess and will promise myself to do a much better job of it next year. It's my punishment. Am posting many more on my mirror site which you can access from my blog......

I tried to dowload one photo to mess with and it wouldn't...good site secur
You could try processing it with Photoeditor...decrease the gamma, maybe the brightness, and you might try the "sharpness" then "unspeckle" features.
The jingle metal reminds me of Hmong NewYear. All the ladies and girls wore black clothes with colored accents and vests, and the vests were trimmed with a solid row of coins, each with a little half-loop welded onto it so they could secure it to the vest. All these coins were the same denomination and all jingled throughout the fifty acre celebration to the same note. LOTS of embroidery and patchwork.
