That's right,
Negativity cannot be dealt with when a person is in it. It's a start if one can even SEE it when it's happening. Usually we don't see it until after the yelling and door slamming is over.

We can literally be whatever we have the power to become. Here on Blogit, it is a step further removed; we assume there is another person beyond the letters we see on the screen. How much of our lives are ruled by animal forces and how much is the result of ideas? Which of those ideas come from the animal instinct and which come from something higher? Do we really choose or are our past experiences doing the choosing in our name? How do we escape our past? Letting go of all negative emotion might be a start.

before i became a father, i was into a lot of things. photography, astronomy, hunting artifacts and being associated with a historical center. but, i cannot equate those things with the joy of seeing a little one's face light up when you step into a room.
