You can simply link your existing blog page on blog it to the ring if you like!

If you go to the site: http://ethicaltweaks.bravehost.com/Blogs.html you can view Frugal Goddess's blog it page on the ring and also find instructions - basically you copy some code into your blog. I can help you with this if you need it.

Would be great to have your blog on there to make sure people value you places you have snapped!
